Benny Landa is at it again. Starting in the early 1990’s, his Indigo digital presses created a digital printing industry where none existed. His next gamble is introducing nano technology into the printing process. Would you bet against the success of his latest efforts? I wouldn’t. It will be interesting to see how many orders are written for these new printing presses as the Graphic Arts industry gathers in Dusseldorf, Germany next month for its biggest worldwide trade show; Drupa.
Starbucks Energy drink? Isn’t that a bit redundant?
The British propaganda effort during World War II created iconic and classic poster designs that were employed to keep up the spirits of its citizenry. One of these posters was to be used in the event of an invasion of the isles. Fortunately it never left the warehouses. One was discovered in a second hand book shop several years ago and has since become an expression of all that is British. As the War On Terrorism marches through its second decade, we wondered what an American version of this poster might look like.
